This just in... something is creeping up behind me, tapping me on my shoulder... what could it be? It's a sensation--no, more like a feeling... it's got a name, I recognize it now. Jealousy HAS arrived. Haha! Love the 360 degree panning action and all those highly melodic clips. Not to mention some great bass work from La Sera. Also digging the shades. Very Jabber Jaw! Do you remember that cartoon? Oh, and a "shout out" to Rockin' Robin. Yo!

What can I say? Or rather write...

Third dose of "beat generation-like" music journalism, created of bits and pieces of sound explosions and colorful pictures. I am delighted again. It's just great. That's it.

I want to make it official- Joy Formidable is one of the best, if not *the best* bands I've heard and read about on this blog. There is something incredibly natural about their sound- it simply flows. I've checked them out on YouTube and I'm speechless.

Still, I love all the videos. It's a great experience- thank you, Dave.

Anouk - you know I have been pumping up Cults over at the SEB forum. I was so happy I caught one of theirs shows.

VFSD - lol at your honest reaction. Yeah, the 360 pan did become the way to go. Glad you liked the La Sera clip. She's sweet. and yes - Robin Danar was there!

Eagle - The Joy Formidable is probably the top discovery of the whole event. I had been hearing about them for a while, but wasn't prepared for the high energy live show. She is a petite dynamo!

nice vids, dave.
can i start from kind of bad stuff?
i'll knock myself out:
you should consider to get a new video camera or one of more advanced photo camera - they are quiet cheep and decent quality....

it seems like it was quiet a good. i like when lots of action going on. :) i would shout what bands from given videos i like, but i can't remember their names - when name is longer then 3 words - no chance to remember....
but i like vandalles.
and the band with blond singer was quiet good.... joy formidable i heard about them last year on tv when they shoved some festival in uk.... but i am bad with the names so i didn't dig more then few youtube vids.... :)
nice post.

I will take under advisement, all that you suggest, Mr. Smork.

Your singling out of The Vandelles and Joy Formidable - as fave bands - shows you clearly have great taste ;-)
